SERVICE INCLUDE
Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa. Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest�s discretion.
One of our staff will be at 'Ngurah Rai' airport to greet YOU on arrival and drive you and your family / party to your chosen holiday home. Transfers to and from the airport to villa are free of charge. Multiple transfers is additional charge.

EVENT AND PARTY
The majority of villas have rules governing their usage for events and parties and oftentimes a surcharge of up to the equivalent of a night�s rental price is applicable, in addition to a local community or �Banjar� fee. Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. Please be aware that the majority of villa owners will not accept a booking involving a function without prior confirmation that a function coordinator has been employed.
If you are planning to hold an event such as a wedding or any large congregation of people at your villa it would be best to bring this to the agent�s attention as soon as possible. The agent can recommend a suitable coordinator where required.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Accepted payment by credit card (Visa Card and MasterCard only) with 3.50 % surcharge for administration fee. Clients will need to send a guarantee letter by FAX to authorize us to debit such amount on the card, together with the copy of its both sides. It must be processed in Indonesian Rupiahs by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling rate for USD dollars.

PAYMENTS
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the agent within two (2) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the client. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled.
Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings).
In the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.
All payments must be made in USD dollars with Payments options are:
   Telex Transfer � All charges incurred for Telex Transfer transactions will be borne by the client.
   Credit Card � All payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3% additional charge.
   Deposits will be refunded in full less 10% of the total rental fee with a maximum of 500 USD, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings).
   
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate The agent for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.
Notice of cancellation must be received by the agent in writing.
Final payments are non-refundable. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE
With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend for buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
Check-out Time
Check-out time is 11 AM and Check-in after 14:00 hours
Day use up to 6 PM at half day rental charges
Day use up to 11 PM at one night rental charges

AIRPORT TRANSFER
Roundtrip airport transfers are free of charge.
Multiple transfer is additional charge at USD 10 / car / way
CAR RENTALS (SELF DRIVE or with DRIVER)
Brand New Late model Toyota Kijang car (van with max 7 pax) is : USD 60 per day inclusive driver and petrol.

LIABILITY
The agent will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of with respect accommodations, car rentals, including any substitutions. If any services accommodations are substituted,
The Agent will at all times and in good faith endeavor to substitute services accommodations of a comparable type. The Agent disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the agent, its servants, employees or agents.
